P & B Insurance Agency opened the doors in 1982 with one state of mind, service!

Service is the name of the game. Treating clients as family has always been our team goal. P&B began doing business in 1982, founded by Ron and LeaAnn Palecki. It didn’t take long for them to teach their youngest son, Dan, that service was not a department, but a mindset. Working side by side with Ron and LeaAnn since 1996, it didn’t take Dan long to need additional staff. In 2007, Dan Mosher joined them. Mosher was previously a crop adjuster and soon became a wonderful asset to the agency. Denice McGovern was hired in 2012 and has been an excellent fit as well. As the agency has been exponentially growing through the years. Quintin Wiseman was hired in 2019 and has quickly become a valued addition to the office as a whole. Fortunately, the family legacy will live on for the third generation as Bailey Palecki will soon be coming to the office full time after she graduates from Kansas State University.
